The Municipality of Duisburg is the local administration of the independent metropolitan area Duisburg in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It has around 8,000 employees, making it one of the largest employers in the region. Body-Cams are used in its citizen and public order department.

After a pilot stage, the project is to be implemented on a permanent basis
Frank van Staa, head of department at the Citizens’ and Public Order Office said:
“So far, the feedback of our employees in the daily use of the cameras is consistently positive”.
